 HOLIDAY CLUB FOR GROWN-UPS

Why should children have all the fun? So we are holding a Holiday Club for Grown-Ups for 3 mornings in the week beginning 28th July.  No upper age limit! Using music, poetry, craft, quizzes, drama, the inevitable cuppa (but no silly games) we explore three different themes that affect us all in our daily lives.
Each morning will finish with a short epliogue connected to the day's theme.
Further details on this page soon.

R U 30—60?
Friendship Group for anyone 30-60

We meet monthly on the second Saturday afternoon.Though started by the church and using Neatishead Baptist Church as its base for some meetings, the group has no Christian content - it is simply a friendship group.
New members very welcome!
Doesn't matter where you live - provided you are in that age bracket

Though if you are a tad over 60 but still young at heart, we can stretch a point!

The programme for the remainder of this year is:

Jul 12th 12 noon. Meal out somewhere
Aug 9th Mannington Hall Gardens
Sep 13th Sandringham

Sunday Evenings

During the summer we hold monthly Sunday evening services at 6.30pm. These less-formal services are designed for everyone - for those who don't normally attend church, for Chrisitans who live locally and worship at another church in the morning and for visitors. That means YOU will be most welcome.

Our next Sunday evening service is 13th July at 6.30pm when the Diadem Praise Choir will be taking the service.

 Coffee Mornings

Coffee and cakes, plus Bring & Buy and Bric-a-Brac stalls in order to raise money for charity, usually for local causes.

  • Held every two months
  • See Diary Dates on the Church Magazine page for the next date and which charity is to benefit.

 Tea & Cakes

  • Held every other month
  • No Bring and Buy, no Bric a Brac, Just a Cuppa and a Chat. And not forgetting those delicious cakes!
  • See Diary Dates on the Church Magazine page

Coffee Mornings and Tea & Cakes are for everyone in our villages and are also open to all others who care to join us.

And throughout the year we collect unwanted but usable DIY and gardening tools, plus sewing machines, for
Tools With A Mission.
Local ladies generously knit little jumpers that act as packing for the Tools and also squares, which are made into blankets. One elderly lady in the village knitted over 400 squares last year!!
